It is unfortunate that 26 CRPF Jawans were killed in different incidents yesterday and 8 Jawans hurt today by the blasts, triggered by the Maoists in Chhattisgarh.
The Communist Party of India condemns this mindless massacre of Jawans by the Maoists. It may be recalled that in the recent period, there were several incidents, including the sabotage of a train in which hundreds of innocent and ordinary people were killed.
We would like to remind the Maoists that this kind of heinous actions would only be self-defeating.
We urge upon the Maoists to desist from this kind of heinous massacre of the innocents.
